Notably serving as the Chair of the Board of the World Youth and Student Travel Confederation in Amsterdam, Jason was instrumental in assisting in the revitalization of the WYSE Travel Confederation. Stephen Rawson

CFO

Stephen is an expert in digital and data strategy and implementation. His content expertise spans cloud computing, machine learning, AI and data-driven marketing, as well as digital product strategy and development. He currently supports the MEA region’s largest private and public sector enterprises on top-level strategies and program management in these topics. In addition to his large-scale consulting work, Stephen has grass-roots experience building small companies. He is a founding member of School of Humanity (an online-first high school) and frequently advises startups on (1) strategic topics like product-market fit and go-to-market, (2) operational topics like performance mgmt., scaling, processes, culture and hiring, and (3) corporate issues like fundraising and M&A. Prior to moving to strategy, Stephen held several roles in Finance in Europe across Goldman Sachs, Lazard and PwC. In this time, he supported several high-profile deals such as the $30bn+ sale of chip manufacturer ARM to Softbank and the $25bn merger negotiations between London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Börse. Stephen studied Economics at the University of Cambridge, and also holds a MSc Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
